SHIPPING POLICY
Orders go out every Wednesday morning. If you need your order sooner don't hesitate to send a note asking us to get it out as soon as we can. We will do our best. Orders often take 3 days for delivery however if you live far from Vermont it might take as many as 5 days to get to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal is to make you 100% satisfied with outstanding craftsmanship and communication.
For soaps: All soaps are tested by friends and family so we get the best feedback possible, however, everyone's body is different. If for some reason you are NOT happy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept exchanges, but I am sure we can work out an arrangement that will please you.
